Represents the different types of flats available in HDB BTO projects.

This enum defines the standard flat types offered by HDB in Build-To-Order projects, ranging from the smallest 1-room flats to the largest 5-room flats.

The flat types differ in size, price, and amenities, catering to different household sizes and budget ranges.
